General Research Institute for Non-ferrous Metals (GRINM) is the greatest share holder (55%), others are from public society. The registered capital of Gritek is RMB14500, and with stock code of 600206. Gritek is located in Hidian district, Beijing. It has about 500 staff and workers and covers 30000 ㎡ land.

 　Gritek proceeds research, production and sales of silicon monocrystal ingot & wafers, as well as other relative products. It is the only Φ8″、Φ12″ silicon wafer manufacturer in China.
