Beijing GRINM RS Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration, and GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing GRINM RS Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. The mixed ownership reform was completed, thus converting the wholly state-owned company to a mixed-ownership company.
