Beijing GRITEK & IVT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GIVT")

In March 2020, GIVT was jointly established by GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. and Inter-Valve Technology Corporation, Japan, with a registered capital of USD 1 million.

GIVT places special focus on high-end valve materials, and its main business involves the importation and sales of valves and fittings from the Japanese shareholder, Inter-Valve Technology Corporation. It is divided into three main business segments: sale of stainless steel clean valves, which includes the import and export trade of raw materials and valve parts as well as the agency of other imported valves, the sale of stainless steel high purity pipe fittings and sales involving other materials. Products are mainly used in semiconductor, liquid crystal, photovoltaic, LED, fuel cells and other industries.

With strong channel support from the Chinese shareholder GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., GIVT introduces products and technical support through Japanese shareholder Inter-Valve Technology Corporation to achieve timely and accurate services for customers.

GIVT aims to achieve the goal of localizing high-end valves in the semiconductor industry and to contribute to the development of valve materials for the Chinese semiconductor industry.
