Shandong GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. . (hereinafter referred to as "SDGRITEK")

In August 2018, SDGRITEK was jointly established by GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. and Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Jingtai Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of about RMB 2.0 billion. SDGRITEK is primarily engaged in semiconductor materials and other new materials. As such, SDGRITEK works in the research and development, production, sales, trading, related technology development, transfer and consulting services of said materials.

SDGRITEK is a National High-tech Enterprise. It has undertaken the National High-tech Industrial Standardization Pilot Project for Key Integrated Circuit Materials (Silicon Wafers) and serves as the designated institution for the Shandong Key Laboratory of Monocrystal Silicon Semiconductor Materials and Technology.  Since 2020, the company's R&D projects have been awarded three First Prizes and one Second Prize in the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Awards. The company has been recognized with multiple honors including "National Specialized, Sophisticated, Innovative, and Emerging Little Giant Enterprise," "Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center," Shandong's "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D Center, "Shandong Provincial Gazelle Enterprise," "Shandong Provincial Advanced Small and Medium-sized Enterprise," and "Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise."etc.

SDGRITEK has taken root in Dezhou andpursed innovative development,committed to building a domestically advanced technology R&D enterprise . It injects new vitality into the transformation of old and new driving forces in Shandong Province and the upgrading of Dezhou's economy, while contributing to the development of the domestic integrated circuit industry.
