SGRS was established on March 11, 2020, with a registered capital of approximately 2.742 billion yuan.Its shareholders include China GRINM Group Corporation Limited,GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.,Dezhou Huida Semiconductor Equity Investment Fund Partnership.SGRS  is dedicated to researching, producing, and selling 12-inch silicon wafers.Its main products include 12-inch semiconductor silicon polishing wafers and epitaxial wafers for integrated circuits, which are widely used in the high-end integrated circuit manufacturing field.

SGRS has successively undertaken multiple national and provincial scientific research and industrial development projects, It serves as the core supporting unit of " National Engineering Research Center of Key materials of integtated circuit" and the primary host institution of the "Shandong Key Laboratory of Monocrystalline Silicon Semiconductor Materials and Technology". The company has been honored with titles such as "Shandong Province Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise", "Shandong Province Specialized, Refined, Unique and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise", "Shandong Province Digital Industry Pioneer Enterprise" and "Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise". It has also been successfully selected as the "Morningstar Factory" Inventory cultivation project of Shandong Province digital economy.
