GRITEK has formed a strong enterprise research and development technology team by relying on the National Engineering Research Center for Integrated circuit Key Materials（formerly the National Engineering Research Center for Semiconductor Materials）,the National Enterprise Technology Center, and the postgraduate training base of China GRINM Group(General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals). 

GRITEK cooperates with Japanese shareholders to establish regular dispatch and exchange mechanisms, absorb Japanese management experience and philosophies in advanced manufacturing, optimize the on-site management of enterprises continuously, and promote the construction of high-quality industry talent team.

GRITEK currently has 4 State Council Special Allowance experts, 5 Taishan Industrial Experts, and nearly 100 R&D personnel.
